The AM Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality food for breakfast, lunch, and daily club service. This position ensures all food is prepared according to established recipes, presentation standards, and food safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and club standards.
Set up and stock the kitchen line before service.
Maintain proper portioning, presentation, and food quality.
Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures.
Communicate effectively with the culinary team and front-of-house staff.
Assist with prep, receiving, storage, and other kitchen duties as needed.
Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and carry kitchen supplies.
